• Booth Type: Do you offer enclosed, open-air, or other types of booths?

  We offer Open Air Booths. There are a whole range of booth types out there but it seems that the most popular and common are now Open Air Booths. Of course the Mirror Booths and traditional Closed B ooths are still in demand, and the 360 for special occasions, but the majority of booth packages sold now are open so that they can fit more people in and provide room for backgrounds and theming.

• Props: Do props come with the package, and can you add specific props to align with the event's theme? 

  Absolutely. We provide with almost evetu event and we thoroughly encourage our customers to mix and match and bring their own. We match our props with the theme for the event wherever possible.

• Attendant: Is a booth attendant included to guide guests and ensure smooth operation? 

  Our most popular photo booth hire packages, especially for Gold Coast and Brisbane photo booth event, are Drop Off Booths where we set it up, show you how to use it and then come back to pick it up when the fuin is over. However, we also offer a full Classic Photo booth service where a professional attendant is there all event to help your guests get the most out of the event. There job is to engage with the guests and create energy and excitement around the booth, as well as help with any technical elements (read posing suggestions).

• Setup Time: How long before the event do you need to be on-site for setup?

  Ideally the photo booth should be set up and tested well before the guests arrive so that there is no disruption tom the event itinerary. It can take 45 minutes to an hour to set up so we generally allow 90 minutes before the start of the photo booth event to be comfortable.

• Customisation: Can you customise the booth, print photos, or add logos? 

  Customisation of photo booth image templates is something we offer with all of our photo booth rental packages. It's your personal event and we like to think we can match the style and theme you have been planning for ages.

• Delivery Area: What areas do you service (e.g., Gold Coast, Brisbane)? 

  We service the entire Gold Coast, Northern NSW down as far as Ballina, and the Brisbane region. Of course we'll go further for special events.

• Digital Copies: Will digital copies of all photos be provided? 

  Yes. After every event we send a digital copy of the entire gallery so that it can be accessed online and also downloaded. People love looking at the ir photo booth photos for ages to come - especially when they are an instant record of the event from the day or night before.

• Space Requirements: How much space does the booth need, and will it fit in the chosen venue? 

  The ideal space for an open booth is 3 meter x 3 meters. That is not always available and sometimes we have much larger spaces to work with. So we try to work with what we are given, but the aim is to create a mini photo booth studio where guests can access and see themselves in the photo booth screen, access the props, be highlighted by the photobooth studio lighting and have the backdrop highlighting the image in the background.
